Roger Carey took this beautiful picture and wrote the following after taking the shot this past Spring:
"After contacting the Michigan Audubon Society they put me in touch with the Michigan Bird Record Committee and they told me what it was and after their spring meeting they Documented it as Michigan's First sighting of a Hooded Oriole."
